By using next2.ai you agree to these terms and to the laws that apply to it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms, and the version published here is the one that applies from the moment it is posted.
These terms cover the website only. Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything here.
2. Using the site
You may read the site, and download or print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or redistribute its content for anything else without our written permission, and you may not use automated means to scrape it, attempt to disrupt it, or misuse the contact form to send unsolicited or unlawful material.
3. Content and trademarks
The text, design, code, images and 3D assets on this site belong to NextToAI LLC unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. "Next2AI", the N2 mark and the site's visual identity are our trademarks.
Client names, logos and product names shown in the case studies belong to their respective owners and appear with permission, to describe work we did. Their presence is not an endorsement of anything else we say.
4. The site is provided as is
We put real effort into keeping this site accurate, but it describes work and capabilities in general terms and it may become out of date. Nothing here is professional, technical or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer or a commitment to deliver anything. Do not make a decision that matters on the basis of a marketing page. Ask us, and we will put it in writing.
Figures quoted in case studies come from those specific projects and are not a prediction of what a different project would achieve.
5. Links to other sites
Some links lead to sites we do not run. We do not control them, do not vouch for what they say, and are not responsible for what they do with your information.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NextToAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including loss of profits or data, even if we were told such damages were possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction permits.

What we do with personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
9. Severability
If a court finds any provision here unenforceable, the rest stays in force and is read as if that provision had not been included.
